What Is Cartober?
TSF is partnering with CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services), a nonprofit who works with other nonprofit organizations to raise money through vehicle donations. Together with CARS, TSF is celebrating Cartober, where we encourage as many vehicle donations as possible during this month, in order to support our mission for the TS community.
How Can Donating My Car Support TSF
When you donate your car through Cartober, it is sold by CARS through used car markets across the nation. CARS works to ensure that cars are sold for their maximum resale value in order to help nonprofit organizations get as high of a donation as possible. This also helps to maximize tax benefits for the donors. These donations can greatly help to support nonprofits like TSF, who rely on donations to keep doing their necessary work. TSF has raised over $13,000 from over 22 vehicle donations since 2013. Donate your car today to keep the momentum going!
How Can Donating My Car Help Me?
Donating your car for Cartober makes getting rid of your old car so much easier! For one, you no longer have to manage the difficulties of trying to sell your car to a decent buyer. You can also quickly be rid of all of the costs associated with keeping a car – no more insurance payments, car repairs, or any of the other regular expenses. CARS will also pick up your car for free, so you don’t even have to worry about that hassle or expense.
Vehicle donations are also tax deductible, which means that you can reduce your taxable income for the year when you donate! Last but not least, supporting TSF through this donation means that you get to come away knowing that you helped to keep TSF thriving and able to provide information and resources to girls and women with TS across the country.
How Do I Donate My Car For Cartober?
Donating your car is very simple! All you have to do is visit our Vehicle Donations page and provide your contact information to get started with the online form. If you have any questions just call one of our friendly operators toll-free at 1(855) 873-4227 or 1(855) TSF-4-CAR seven days a week. The information that you provide on the form will be used on your donation receipt and IRS tax documents, so please list your full first and last name. You should also feel free to contact TSF as well if you have any questions.
