We strive to represent the diversity of the Turner Syndrome community online, especially through social media. You can be featured in a TSF awareness campaign by sharing your photo! Upload your photo and a caption to go with it, and know that your message has the power to make a difference.

We also have a variety of  “digital frames” that you can select from, which we will personalize with the content you provide, and send to you via email. Then you can share the image on your social media to join us in raising awareness!

I was diagnosed when I was in college and immediately started to research and educate myself about TS. I want my fellow butterflies to know that everything is possible.

I was diangosed with classic Turner Syndrome at age 10. I feel very passionate about helping spread awareness about TS, because so many in the medical field, educators and parents are still not familiar with it. It breaks my heart to know that so many girls and women with ts are not receiving the proper care and support they need because of this. Consequently, many girls and women with ts have to struggle with the effects of it , feeling alone and not understanding the reasons behind what is happening to them; or, if anything can be done to improve their quality of life. It is my hope that by continuing to share my story, and by continuing to volunteer for Turner support organizations, I can do my part in changing this.

My daughter is a bright and cheerful fourteen year old with Turner Syndrome. She is enjoying seventh grade this year. She has scoliosis and will need surgery for her spine. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers during this journey ahead.

On paper Rylee is a mosaic Turner girl with Autism but she is so much more than her diagnosis. Rylee is such a gift to the world. She is a unique, funny and determined little lady! Her smile will light up a room. She loves to dance and is musically inclined like her parents. Rylee is beautiful inside and out. Her family, teachers and peers just adore her!!!

Ivy is the most amazing, determined and empathetic individual with a heart of giving. She makes me proud every day as her Mom to see her overcome and never be defined by anything other than the spirit inside her.

Millie was born with an interrupted IVC and a hole in her heart. At her one year cardiology follow up they sent us for other test and found that she also had Heterotaxy with polysplenia. Around 18 months she was diagnosed with turners syndrome after genetic testing for the Heterotaxy came back. We have already found that her body is not producing it’s own eggs, but overall she’s doing great. None of these things have defined her or stopped her from being a normal toddler.

Elvie was diagnosed with Turner Syndrome when I was 17 weeks pregnant via amniocenteses. She is now a happy, healthy 6 year old in soccer, gymnastics and hockey. We’re so thankful for the support systems in place for girls and families navigating a new diagnosis!
