Our philosophy of keeping life-changing resources free and accessible to patients is a key component of what sets us apart. We do not require membership dues or fees to access our resources. Everything on our website is completely free to everyone, so you can find what you need precisely when needed. Most of our events, such as our workshops, feature presentations by experienced medical professionals and are 100% donation-run. In addition to our online resources, we provide personalized one-on-one support to every individual who calls or emails our office daily. We are proud to offer this level of support to the most vulnerable members of our community. However, these elements only begin to scratch the surface of what makes us unique. While we understand and appreciate the importance of community events and fundraisers, we also know how much more impactful research and education initiatives will be in the long term.

TSF is regarded in the medical community as a leading resource for Turner Syndrome. Professionals often refer their patients to TSF because of our many enriching resources.
