Community Stories
Running for Team TSF! I originally contacted TSF to become a team member on an existing team, then discovered there was a need for involvement in the inland Northwest. I love to run and wanted to use this hobby to benefit something near and dear to me, and since my oldest daughter has TS, we also saw a gap in an organized TS community in our area. I contacted a number of different races, and chose the Coeur d’Alene marathon for a number of reasons. 1) it is closest to me (just an hour away) and 2) the Race Director has been very accommodating and willing to allow us to become a part of her event. 3) the race is over a holiday weekend in a resort town and is a destination race for people from all over the US and Canada.
