Please join us for Webinar- Growth Hormone in Turner Syndrome.
Growth hormone is among the mainstay of treatments in girls with Turner Syndrome. Growth hormone is not life-saving, but is important for a growing girl with Turner Syndrome, not only for improved height, but for other major health reasons. In this webinar, learn why and when growth hormone is indicated in the treatment of girls with Turner Syndrome. Additionally, ask questions of a pediatric endocrinologist with years of experience treating patients who have Turner Syndrome.
Dr. Roper is both a physician and a woman with Turner Syndrome (TS). She has practiced pediatric endocrinology since 2000, and loves interacting with other girls and women with TS. Dr. Roper did her pediatric residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and her pediatric endocrinology fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been a pediatric endocrinologist in Knoxville, TN, Gray, TN, and most recently in Greenville, SC.
