Education professionals have the power to influence every step of a Turner Syndrome girl’s journey, from early childhood through adolescence. Be our partner in caring by becoming a member today. Teachers, social workers, administrators, school nurses, and professors are invited to join.
Why Join Now?
Turner Syndrome affects every 1 in 2,000 females. How many students attend your school or university? It is likely that throughout your career, you will meet a student with Turner Syndrome. Since Turner Syndrome is a spectrum disorder, each girl with Turner Syndrome will have a unique, often complicated, journey. It is important that all education professionals be prepared to assist these students to create an optimal learning environment. Unfortunately, a number of educators do not have experience with Turner Syndrome and Nonverbal Learning Disabilities. If you do have experience with Turner Syndrome students, join today and become a resource for girls and families looking for support. If you do not have experience with these girls, become a member to learn how to best serve your students.
